How we produce?

All technology process at PE CIO is based on effective and deep processing of raw materials that is entering for production.

All stages of technology process are as follows:

1. All wood is entering at the enterprise in full-length logging. That is why depending on size of the end product we cut trees by means of gas chainsaws accordingly.
2. Wood sawing for timber is carried out at frame sawing machine P-63. Timber is settled in packets on interliners.
3. Packets are put on the ground for drying with fresh air.
4. Some packets are steamed in special steaming pit.
5. After fresh air drying stacks of boards are loaded into drying kiln of batch operation “KATRES” until complete wood drying to the humidity of 8+-2%. Volume of six drying kilns is 210-220 m3.
6. At our enterprise we mostly use sitting-and-cutting scheme of wood sawing. However we also can use transverse longitudinal cutting. For this we use self feed multirip benches, circular and cross-cutting mills.

1. Blank planing to certain dimensions is carried out by 4 planing-machines “WEINIG”. One of the machine is designed for rough blank planning. Those 4 machines carry out all production of finished blanks. For some orders we can use jointing and planing machinery.
2. Crosscutting of blanks is carried out by straight line cross-cut saw with sliding table and other circular saws.
3. Finished products are put on pallets ant is wrapped with wrapping film.
4. Other blanks which are used for furniture production go for further processing.
5. Rotary cutting is carried out on moulding machines F-4, holemaking is carried out at horizontal and vertical drilling machines.
6. Grinding work is carried out by wide-belt sanding machines «HOUFEK». Sanding of bars, edges, high-curvature parts is done by belt grinding machines ШЛПС and drum sander machines ШЛДБ-3.
7. Assembly of joinery is carried out by special presses and carpenter vises.
8. For lacquer coating we use spraying cabins.
9. After lacquer drying is carried out in drying stacks and drying chamber.
10. All turned work (balusters, legs, decorative elements etc) is carried out by automatic turning machine, separate individual orders are carried out by hand-lathe.
11. For obtaining complete and rational conversion of timber, processing of bolts, board gluing for furniture production we use the next equipment:
• automatic line for micrometer joints cutting, gluing and lengthening of timber by micrometer joints;
• press for longitudal joint of bolts up to 4 meters in length;
• 2 presses for edgewise gluing;
• sanding machine HOUFEK for finishing of glued boards by width;
• 2 circular mills «Altendorf» provide precise cut of boards.
12. For difficult and complex orders we use individual hand power tools and high quality cutting tools such as saws, milling cutters, drills, different patterns and appliances.

We have modern automatic productive heating room which provides process heat and central heating of all workplaces. It works on woodworking waste and sawdust. Such process flow allows to process raw materials in effective way for any products of natural wood a la carte.
